Catching up, W\E Goal: Update Log Book!

Tuesday, an evening family run, which means I was able to break free after a warm-up to do a quick tempo. There is no speed to speak of. I am considering this a first week back and using the previous weeks as maintenance.

Wednesday, Back to the Bowker Flats and then tried something from the past, the one mile block loops past the house. These worked out great as there is a new sidewalk on Willis that keeps us off it and away from the cars. Stroller included for 8 miles.

Thursday, Pushed it out to the Willow Guzzle course stroller and all, felt fine for a 10 mile jaunt.

Friday, AM felt fine cruising around trying to avoid traffic to keep the future Sprinter safe. I discovered enough roads and sidewalks locally to get in a decent 8 miles at an easy pace.
