Today was the sixth speed-strength workout. Good progressions so far with only the DNF hiccup from two weeks ago. The incline was at 1% the whole time including 6:00 quarters. Total workout 1:53:10.
Training: am, treadmill, 8m 60:45, 7:35 pace 133 HR
Your hr to pace numbers are looking really good the last couple of days. My hr monitor is not being cooperative right now, the darn strap doesn't want to stay on anymore.

ReplyDeletethe HR can be deceiving on my speed strength as its for the workout duration which includes strength exercises where it drops below 100
