ReplyDeleteI like the idea of doing these in the trainers too, since it will just feel easier when you lace up the lightweight shoes. If I get on the track once a week it seems plenty enough for me, though the roads here are clear year-round.
ReplyDeleteI much prefer doing something like this on the road as well. I don't like to do anything over a mile in a track workout.
