9 to 3 and 3 to 9 Marker: Boston Marathon

Out and back, last mile toughest, slowing or stopping for traffic at intersections in Framingham didn't help.
9-8 7:55, 8-7 7:20, 7-6 7:31, 6-5 7:27, 5-4 7:29, 4-3 7:48, 45:33

3-4 7:45, 4-5 7:55, 5-6 8:01, 6-7 7:48, 7-8 7:19, 8-9 7:58, 46:50

tailwind back, gel at 3M, lo fluids last 4M. Total avg. 7:41

  1. You run faster going uphill or did I miss something? I'm jealous that you can train on parts of the course. Good luck getting back on track.

  2. Mike, Your right on that observation, it's happened several times now, most likely due to result of poor endurance.
