Good luck! I hope you have a great race.
Have a kick butt race!
Good luck. I am sure you race will be fast. The excitement is really something around Boston.
Having run Boston now for the first time, and experiencing the downhill of the first 13 and have that section completely waste me for the next 13, I can say your 2:49 last year in those conditions was most impressive. I've got a long way to go. How do you train for those downhills? My quads and hamstrings were done by mile 15.
Thanks to all for the well wishes. Hi Chris, Boston can be run well if one does the course homework, trains up and downhills and good weather.
