VCM: A 6.75 Mile Run

An eventful weekend at Burlington, Vermont for the Vermont City Marathon.

First off, I am not fast, slow and fat, by ten pounds, due to inactivity. Sixty minutes netted me 6.75 miles in beautiful weather.

  1. Man, I loved the VCM the year I made it out there for it ('04 I think).

    What goes on can come off when the knee is ready, so I hope you aren't down about a bit of weight gain. Good to see you up to an hour again.
