1800 Calorie Breakfast

A cup of orange juice and a 14 oz. box of Optimum cereal after two sittings this morning separated by a 3.4 mile shakeout run puts the first half of the morning at 1800 calories.

Yesterdays Boston Marathon club run of 17 miles probably had something to do with this uptick in appetite. Despite having to go back for the car keys and struggling to keep up with my wife I did manage to tempo the last two and a half miles. Finishing strong is a good practice to keep the mind positive and looking forward to the next workout. Snowboarding later today--careful...
