Back to Back on the Weekend

Snow falling as I set out for repeating yesterday's run plus some to bring it from 80 minutes to two hours. Slippery footing, at least until the trails, and tight calves brought pace/distance adjustment.

Same course 12 minutes slower. Where has the endurance gone?
