  1. Looks like you'll be trying a marathon pace effort in the middle miles on the course. Your 1/2 predicts about 2:54 but I have a feeling that 2:50 is in your sights. On a good day with the right conditions it could happen, especially as you know the course so well. Good running on Sunday!
