Closing out on Week 4 of the Boston Marathon Training
This build is flying by and all injuries are at bay. Knock on wood, right, not to say there aren't a few 'concerns.'
The mileage has been on the high end of the program lately along with group calisthenics, Zumba and some Yoga.
Tomorrow has 15 miles on the books. Let's all stay healthy!
