It came down like cats and dogs for awhile and then the heat lightning would brighten the sky as I ran for the back gate. Having reached it faster than the return trips tailwind is beyond me.
An average 8:00/mile is the calculation pace leaving me to believe I've become a slower runner despite my hard efforts. Total 9.35 miles for the run, later I did group calisthenics, three short runs totaling 2.25 miles and one hour of yoga.

Considering that you just ran a sub-6 mile at the END of a workout, I don't think you have lost your pace just yet. I'd say it's more likely to be fatigue from that workout.
