What's Next?

Running mileage of late is maintaining condition trying to not regress any slower than the last three races.

Let's talk about what's in the racing future. A fall marathon? Better be as this year's Boston Marathon finish was much slower, 2:56, than the expected. If it takes two marathons to achieve this, so be it.

How about an early one for first try while having a 'fall' back race in case the time is too slow?

Easy recovery run today: 47:47 in the ARNWR trails for six miles. Felt slow.
