Right foot, again, time to change things up, again, no race plans yet as anxiety set in.

Progress is being made on the running calculator as an honor in running yesterday's Veteran's Day Race at the VA in Bedford. A hilly and windy run on a new course that may be on the short side by a possible 1K.

We'll see what happens as this weekends goal is to make a running plan!
