128 days until the marathon is right about 18 weeks out. So, now what? Do I use the BAA Marathon training plan? Any suggestions?

  1. Wow, Boston seems so far away. What have you had success with in the past? More importantly, are you up for trying something else? What did you use for your fastest 'thon?

  2. for the most part iIve ran with the BAA program. There were some builds that I tried Pfitzinger or Daniels. What do you have in mind?

  3. i've had success with Daniels', other than that is has been with Bruce Deacon (a Canadian marathoner). he didn't start doing marathon specific work until about 12 weeks out. if i were you i'd stick w/ the BBA programs, although i completely understand your trying something else.
