Weather forecast has the temperature so high it's being called. "red zone."

I found this calculator, http://runnersconnect.net/training/tools/temperature-calculator/
that predicts 8 minutes is the give-up factor due to the heat based on my conservative finish time.

The course is going to be kept open an hour later due to heat. Would it be better to close the course an hour earlier? This may discourage some from venturing out ther and also reduce the exposure if they do. That's crazy allowing someone seven hours in the heat who may not be in the condition to handle it in the first place. Also doesn't take into account the transition time and waiting in a starting corral.
