22 Miles

Turning up 54 miles for the week with one race for base training. Including a six mile walk to this morning's 16-mile stroller run gets you twent-two!


  1. Don't you find these walks help the legs feel better? I go out with Lauren for 30 mins or so and I just feel better.

  2. yep, they also serve as hidden and overlooked aspect of overall training-whenever the 9:00/mile runs land its important to remember the "extra" miles

  3. Nice race, and don't think too hard about the mile. I've never run/raced one, but I want to live vicariously through you!
