Zumba Running

What is Zumba? Can Zumba help a marathoner? If you don't know, like me before today, it's time to get with it. For a marathoner it's akin to doing yoga as being unnatural in stretching and inline running.

Reviewing last years injuries means CHANGE the program or you'll get the same results. So, yoga and Zumba is in. How about you?
